How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply curious about self-growth, therapy can be a powerful support. A therapist can help you explore challenges, gain clarity, and develop tools to improve your emotional well-being.
What should I expect during my first therapy session?
Your first session is a chance to get to know your therapist, discuss your goals, and share your concerns in a safe and non-judgmental space. It's perfectly okay to feel nervous - we'll go at your pace.
How long does a typical therapy session last?
Most sessions last between 50 to 60 minutes. Some specialized sessions or assessments may run slightly longer depending on your needs.
How many therapy sessions will I need to see results?
Everyone's journey is unique. While some clients feel noticeable changes after a few sessions, others may benefit from ongoing support over a longer period. Your therapist will work with you to create a plan that fits your goals.
BEGIN YOUR HEALING JOURNEY
Where the Artist Meets the Healer
There is an artist within you.
There is a healer within you.
And in the quiet of creation, they find each other.
Art becomes the language of the unseen - what’s hidden, what’s ready to be released.
You don’t have to force it; just begin, and your heart will follow.
This is where healing starts - with presence, permission, and a return to your forgotten self.
